Please call Dyno-Jet before reading more and have them help you pull your head from your ass. Now for the rest of you, onto the dyno.Well after repeated trys to get a good dyno session in, it finally happend. I had been stuck with my car surging after 18psi. The numbers were there, but the graph would have waves in it at the top end. I had one past session where I hit 567rwhp at 22 psi on pump gas but the waves were present so I threw it out thinking it had to be a fluke. Little did I know.... Went to the dyno again last Sat to see if my tweaking with the boost controller and hoses finally solved my boost problems. It seems I finally worked everything out. Runs were made with only 91 pump gas. Best run is below at 20.5 psi. 546rwhp and 504 torque 
Not the best curve to me, but on the street it seems to handle a lot differently. On the day of the dyno I felt the car had more lag than usual, Colocomp drove it and said he thought it was better. Made the comment about them having stock turbo like spool up. One thing we noticed was the dyno operator would let the car dip way down in the rpms after he shifted to 4th before he hit the gas so on the next dyno ay I'm going have him do somehting different. We also tried to get rid of the small lean spot at about 4900 rpm with the AFC. We got rid of it a tad, but not much. That's about all the AFC was used for except to run the 2nd MAF sensor Next weekend I will be back there with race gas and to crank the boost up and see what these turbos can do. I've already exceeded my goal of 500rwhp so I'm pretty impressed and happy with my car. Being it was my first total engine rebuild I think I must have got it right :) Next week hopefully I'll have part 2....Race gas.
